Meet our team!

Our Polish and German language teachers work right in the heart of Dresden.

Magdalena Kurpiewska

Founder of the school

I want to help people learn my beautiful native language, which is why I studied “Polish as a Foreign Language” at the University of Katowice and gained extensive experience teaching Polish in Dresden, Berlin, and Edinburgh.

I also hold a master’s degree in teaching English and German. I have worked, among others, in the cultural department of the Polish Embassy in Berlin and as a lecturer at the Free University of Berlin. In Dresden, I taught at a secondary school for two years. Today, I run my own language school, creating the ideal environment for learning Polish and German. I am a certified telc examiner for the Polish language.

Aleksandra Skrobacz-Weber

German language teacher

I graduated in German Philology and Literature from the University of Wrocław. Besides teaching German, I also teach dance and Pilates. I love working with people in all its forms, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing my students make real progress.

I’m passionate about German culture, sports, and literature, and I bring these interests into my lessons to make them inspiring and diverse. I combine linguistic knowledge with my love for movement and art, creating classes full of energy and engagement that motivate students to take an active part in learning.

Izabela Modrzewska

Language tandem coordinator

I’m a music teacher, music therapist, and cultural project coordinator, passionate about combining education with creative forms of expression. I studied at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, where I received a strong pedagogical and artistic background.

I have led various workshops and educational concerts in cooperation with cultural institutions and schools.
Since 2022, I’ve been part of the *Po polsku* school, where I support students in learning languages and developing their artistic talents in an open and inspiring atmosphere.
