Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A. Right of Withdrawal (Services and Digital Content)<\/h2>

Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. <\/p>

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. <\/p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Magdalena Kurpiewska, Po Polsku. Sprachtreffen Polnisch., Bautznerstr. 6, 01099 Dresden, Germany, Tel.: 0176 696 811 06, E-mail: kontakt@po-polsku.eu<\/a>) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).<\/p>

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.<\/p>

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>

Consequences of revocation<\/h3>

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. <\/p>

If you have requested that the performance of services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
